This floorplan offers the resident standard Green Valley features including a washer/dryer hookup, refrigerator, dishwasher and range, PLUS water and sewer utilities! Rent is $575/month. Tenant is responsible for electric.

2 bedroom / 1 bathview floorplan

These well-planned units offer all standard Green Valley features including a washer/dryer hookup, refrigerator, dishwasher and range, PLUS water and sewer utilities! Rent is $545/month. Tenant is responsible for electric and gas utilities.

Green Valley Apartments are pet-friendly! Certain size and breed restrictions apply. A non-refundable $400 pet fee is required upon lease signing. There are no additional monthly pet rent charges.
